Manage your AI assistant anytime via chat commands
FRIDAI supports 1:1 auto-replies and group replies. In groups, mention the Official Account or type that account's own @brand wake name.
1:1 Direct Message Mode (Enabled by default)
When customers directly message your account, FRIDAI will automatically handle all messages including bookings, fortune telling, and customer service.
Group Mode (Mention or brand wake name)
After adding the connected LINE Official Account, mention it on mobile or type its configured @brand wake name at the start of a desktop message.

Connect Your Account
Link your LINE Official Account (or WhatsApp/Telegram) on the platform settings page
Set Up AI Rules
Open the AI Notebook to write your brand info, FAQs, and reply style. Use the auto-generate feature to get started quickly.
Test Your AI
Use the test chat on the dashboard to see how AI responds. Adjust rules until satisfied.
Group Mode (Optional)
To use group features: type "bind group" in DM to get a binding code, add the bot to a group, then send @BotName bind [code] in the group.
Advanced Features
