FansNetwork uses YouTube API Services. When you authorize a YouTube account, we may access and process your channel ID, channel name and image, video IDs, titles and statistics, comments, live chat messages, authors' public display data, and authorization tokens and scopes.

We use this data only to display and manage the YouTube channels, videos, comments, and live chats you authorize; publish replies or content you request or authorize; and provide analytics and automation features you request.

Refresh and Retention

While the relevant features for a YouTube account are active, FansNetwork generally checks for new comments or live chat messages about every 30 minutes. Actual frequency may vary because of YouTube API quota, platform availability, and the features you enable.

Unless retention is required by law or otherwise permitted by the YouTube API Services policies, we refresh or delete stored YouTube API Data and do not retain data that has not been refreshed for more than 30 days.

Deletion and Revocation

To request deletion of YouTube API Data stored by FansNetwork, email [email protected] with the information needed to identify your FansNetwork account and YouTube channel. We will process a verified request as soon as possible and within 7 days. Deleting data from FansNetwork does not delete the original data on YouTube; delete YouTube content directly in YouTube.

You can also revoke FansNetwork's access to YouTube from the Google Account third-party connections page: https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en. If you revoke access directly through Google, we delete the related authorized data as soon as we detect the revocation and no later than 30 days.
