FRIDAI Terms of Service

You represent and warrant that you have reached the legal age of majority and have the full right and authority to enter into these Terms. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the age information you provide.

If using on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to bind that organization. Linked accounts (IG, FB, LINE, etc.) must comply with each platform's terms.

If you fail to meet eligibility requirements, we may terminate your access.

You must provide accurate and complete account information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

All activities conducted through your account are deemed to be your actions. We are not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from your negligence.

Your account is for your personal use only. You may not sell, rent, lend, transfer, or share your account with others.

The Services operate on a subscription basis and are billed through Stripe. You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method each billing period (auto-renewal) until you cancel.

Refund Policy: You expressly understand and agree that, due to the nature of digital content services being completed upon delivery, all fees paid are final and non-refundable. Except as required by mandatory law, we have no obligation to provide refunds for any reason.

To provide the Services, you authorize us to access and process data from your linked social media accounts (such as messages, comments, account information) and to perform automated replies or related functions according to your settings.

You must ensure that authorization tokens are valid and comply with each platform's terms of use.

We value your privacy. Please refer to FansNetwork Inc.'s Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, process, and use your information.

Before using the Services, you must read and consent to our Privacy Policy.

You may not use the Services for illegal activities, fraud, false advertising, harassment, spamming, system damage, reverse engineering, or any conduct that interferes with FRIDAI or others' experience.

Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination. We reserve all legal rights, and you shall be liable for all damages we incur (including attorney fees).

All technology, code, designs, documentation, and trademarks related to the Services are owned by FansNetwork Inc.

Strictly prohibited activities: Without prior express authorization, you may not:

(1) Remove, alter, or circumvent any technological protection measures used to protect the Services.

(2) Copy, modify, distribute, use Service data to train independent models, or create competitive products.

Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination. We reserve all legal rights, and you shall be liable for all damages we incur (including attorney fees).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you:

(1) Seriously or repeatedly violate any provision of these Terms.

(2) Provide false registration or age verification information.

(3) Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity.

(4) Attack or damage the Service systems in any way.

(5) Fail payment three consecutive times.

(6) Are suspended by linked social platforms and fail to provide reasonable explanation and supporting documentation upon our inquiry.

Upon termination, we will delete related data within a reasonable period and bear no liability to you.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no express or implied warranties regarding availability, functionality, or results. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the past 12 months.

We are not liable for any revenue loss, business interruption, data loss, damages caused by AI content, or damages caused by third-party platform failures resulting from your use of the Services.

While your account is active, we process and retain your data for service provision purposes.

Except as required by law or for dispute resolution, we will delete or anonymize data within 30-90 days after account cancellation or termination.

You may request data deletion, but this may result in some features becoming unavailable and does not affect subscription payment obligations.

The interpretation, validity, and any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

Any disputes arising from or related to the Services or these Terms may be submitted to the Mediation Center of the Chinese Arbitration Association in Taipei. If mediation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the Chinese Arbitration Association for arbitration in Taipei in accordance with the Arbitration Act and the Association's rules.
